Services Rendered
Content Creation Services: Tell us within 7 days if the supplied material does not satisfy your requirements as stated in the service agreement. We will try to change the material or provide a partial refund depending on the effort done.
SEO Content Services: Refunds for SEO-oriented content are not offered once published, as ranking outcomes depend on several factors outside of our control. Still, we provide changes within the parameters of your service agreement.
Website Copywriting Services: You will be qualified for one round of changes should you find the first draft offered unsatisfactory. Should you still find the copy unsatisfactory after changes, you can be qualified for a partial refund depending on the state of the work done.
Demand for a Refund
You have to let us know in writing at team@creativecontentforge.com within the designated period asking for a refund. Please provide your name, order number, and a statement of the problem.
Approved reimbursements will be handled within 7 business days following approval. Refunds will be granted from the original purchase payment method.
Exceptions
